Our chef and owner, Dustin Laub, has had plenty of experience in the kitchen and isn't just a health food fanatic. He graduated from the culinary program at the Art Institute of San Francisco, cooked at various restaurants in the Treasure Valley, including My Fit Foods, so healthy meal prep is not new to his agenda.
We hate bland food. Healthy food doesn't mean boring food at MEP Meals.
David and Tana Parker are Idaho natives with a passion for health and fitness. David served in the Army National Guard for 12 years and started meal prepping for family and friends on the side. After falling in love with it, they decided to build their own private commercial kitchen and run their meal prep business full time!
They love serving their community and educating others on how to incorporate healthy food into their everyday lives. They franchised with MEP Meals in January 2022 and serve the Magic Valley as well as part of the Mini-Cassia area.
