We’re so excited to share this 2024 journey with you here at MEP Meals. You get to eat the Chef’s cooking every week, but it’s not every day you get a message directly from him. Here’s what Dustin wanted to share with you as you step into new personal commitments, resolutions, or just more of the same grind you take on with determination every year:

If you’re anything like us, the past couple of years have been a little bit like organized chaos as a whole. This year, we are taking more control over our choices. “Intentional” is our word of the year and here’s how we’re doing it:

• We’re intentionally spending. Yes, we’re putting our money into specific places and spending less frivolously; but we’re also spending our ENERGY with caution.

• We’re making intentional decisions about moving our bodies daily. Our approach has evolved over the years and we no longer get to workout together every day. BUT, we’re supporting each other’s routines so we can feel better as a family.

• We are being intentional and aware of what goes INTO our mouths (food is medicine), and what comes OUT of our mouths. What comes out can be as healthy or as hazardous as what goes in.

In 2024, I’d like to be more interactive with you - our customer. I want to hear what you expect from us from a service perspective, what you want on the menu, where you’d like to see MEP Meals in the community (events, gyms, etc.), what you like seeing from us on social media, etc.

Speaking of social media, we want to ask you for SHARES & TAGS this year! We have so many customers who don’t even follow us on social media and we get very few tags with pictures or videos of our food. We feel like the Treasure Valley’s best kept secret! Help us get the word out by sharing the love on social! 

Bottom line, we support you in 2024. We support your goals and your intentional living. We want you to have the time to take care of yourself. We want you to get more quality time with your family. We want to take meal prep off of your plate so that you have time to do everything you feel like you don’t have time for.
